老年宫颈癌患者腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术临床疗效分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的观察分析腹腔镜下老年妇科癌症患者广泛子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术的临床疗效。方法将患者分为开腹组和腹腔镜组,开腹组行传统广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术,腹腔镜组行广泛子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术。结果腹腔镜组实施手术25例,成功24例,成功率96.00%,1例因术中出血较多中转开腹。与开腹组比较,两组的手术时间、术中出血量、切除淋巴结个数、留置尿管时间,术后排气、排便时间、平均住院时间均有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论老年宫颈癌患者行广泛子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术近期疗效较好,值得推广。
