早期萎缩型老年性黄斑变性视杆细胞视网膜电图变化特点

摘要 目的探讨15 Hz刺激光频率下暗视视杆细胞视网膜电图(electroretinogram,ERG)在早期萎缩型老年性黄斑变性(age-related macu-lar degeneration,AMD)患者的变化特点。方法对早期萎缩型AMD(20眼)和对照组(18眼)进行全视野ERG观察,刺激频率为15.151 52 Hz,记录暗视视杆细胞b波的振幅和峰时。结果 15 Hz频率刺激检测暗视视杆反应与对照组相比b波振幅和b波峰时无显著性差异。结论与对照组相比,15 Hz刺激光下,早期萎缩型老年性黄斑变性的暗视视杆细胞ERG改变不明显。
