摘要
利用啮合原理和计算机仿真技术,通过齿高参数的优化,齿顶结构的改善,提出了一种新型高齿圆弧齿同步带. 理论分析和仿真结果验证了结构参数的正确性,从而实现了以直观的、更接近实际情况的手段对同步带进行加工前效果分析和参数优选,为同步带的研究提供了一种新思路.
From the research on tooth profile and transmission characteristics of present synchronous belt, advanced design technique is put forward for high arc tooth synchronous belt using the meshing theory and the simulation technique. The simulation of synchronous belt is realized by optimizing the parameters of tooth height and improving the constructure of addendum. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show the transmission capability can be improved and the noise can be lowered.
