摘要
超低温阀门性能测试软件系统是针对研制的DN15-DN300型LNG超低温用阀门进行低温密封性能测试过程中所需要的参数监测、采集以及处理的专门软件。软件开发依据标准BS 6364-1998和JB/T 7749-1995所规定的低温阀门性能测试要求进行,应用虚拟仪器图形化的编程软件LabVIEW为开发平台,构建实时检测、采集与数据处理测试程序,能够实现对低温阀门性能测试过程中数据自动保存与分析处理。测试软件系统通过数据采集仪以RS-232串口通讯的方式把各种传感器获取的参数传输至计算机,在不同测试工况下实现对低温阀门各项性能测试参数的自动采集与监控。测试软件系统能够根据测试所得数据进行分析处理、存档、打印和实时曲线绘制,并输出测试报告。
The cryogenic Valve performance test software is developed according to the cryogenic valve performance test requirements of BS 6364 - 1998 and JB/T 7749 - 1995. It is a special software for monitoring, collecting and handling the parameter in the process of testing the sealing performance of the DN15 - DN300 LNG cryogenic valve. The test software is developed based on the virtual instrument graphic software LabVIEW and programmed to monitor, collect and deal with the data at real time. It also can save and analyze the date collected in the performance test process automatically and transfer the data acquired by several data acquisition instruments to computer by means of RS232 serial communication. Acquisition and monitoring for the parameters of cryogenic valve during performance testing process can be realized at different work condition. Also some major functions, such as data analysis, real - time data displays, data storage and historical data query functions, report output are also provided for the test software.
