摘要
为了解决低负荷时段电网电压偏高问题,提出了基于系统中多台发电机联合进相运行的2阶段在线辅助决策方法。该方法计及了厂用电压低限约束和系统暂态稳定性约束。首先基于综合无功灵敏度调节指标获得的机组调控序列,利用启发式方法分组迭代求解不计及暂态稳定性约束的辅助决策策略;然后对获得的策略进行暂态稳定性校核,若校核不通过,则根据机组影响因子获得回调的机组及回调量,进行一次性再校核,综合校核结果得出缓解电压问题的策略。实际电网数据的算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem that the voltage of power grid can be too high when runs at low load period, two-stage online auxiliary decision-making method based on united generators' leading-phase operation is proposed. The lower voltage limit of power plant and transient stability constraints are considered in the method. Firstly, based on the generator regulation sequence calculated by the integrated reactive power sensitivity index, using the heuristic method iteratively, auxiliary decision- making strategy is formed without considering the transient stability constrain. Then the transient stability of the initially selected strategy is checked. If the result shows unstable, seek the generators which need to lessen the regulation and its count based on generators' factor of influence, and check again once only. By analyzing the checking result, the regulation strategy is gained which can partly solve the voltage problem. Case studies using a real power grid verified the effectiveness of proposed method.
