摘要
片面追求效益的资源型城市发展模式引发了资源型城市能源产业的可持续发展危机。将资源型城市能源产业可持续发展分为存在性可持续、维持性可持续、不减性可持续和限制性可持续四类,并运用数学形式予以表达;在此基础上,构建了资源型城市能源产业可持续发展能力评价指标体系,并推导出了评价方法;以陕北资源型城市为例的实证分析表明,陕北资源型城市能源产业可持续发展能力较弱,进而证明了模型的有效性。
This paper categorizes the energy industry's sustainable development in resource-based cities into four groups: existing type, maintaining type, non-reducing type, and restricted type, and represents them in mathematical forms, on basis of it, an evaluation system about the energy industry's sustainable development capability is constructed, and the evaluation method is deduced as well. A case study of resource-based cites in North Shaanxi proves the effectiveness of this evaluation model.
