燃煤烟气中单质汞的催化氧化技术研究进展

摘要 概述了燃煤机组选择性催化还原法(SCR)催化剂对烟气中单质汞的催化氧化性能,分析了烟气组分如HCl、SO2、NO和NH3等及SCR系统运行操作条件对单质泵氧化的影响。同时,介绍了新型催化剂包括锰及其氧化物、氯化铜和氧化铜、贵金属类、稀土类、光催化剂等的研究进展,提出烟气中单质汞催化氧化进一步研究的方向应为SCR工艺对单质泵的氧化作用和机理,研发新型廉价催化剂,以及这些催化剂对汞的氧化效果。 A brief account of SCR catalyst's effects upon catalytic oxidation of elemental mercury in the flue gas emitted from coal -fired power plants has been given, the influence of chemical compositions in said flue gas,such as HCl,SO2 ,NO,and NH3 etc. ,as well as of the operation conditions in SCR system upon the oxidation of elemental mercury being emphatically analysed. The achievements in study on new catalysts, including manganese and its oxides, copper chloride and copper oxide, precious metals, rareearth elements, and light catalysts etc. , have been presented. The direction of further study on catalytic oxidation of elemental mercury in flue gas should be as follows:the oxidation effect and mechanism of SCR technology for Hg, development of new and low cost catalysts, the oxidation effectiveness of newly developed catalysts on the said mercury.
