摘要
结合某发电厂1号、2号机组凝汽器不锈钢管水侧腐蚀部位分布和腐蚀特征,分别对腐蚀部位沉积物和内壁蚀孔附近管材成分进行成分、电镜和能谱分析,结果发现管材缺陷和微生物腐蚀在点蚀形成过程中具有协同作用。探讨了管材缺陷与微生物对凝汽器不锈钢管腐蚀的电化学反应机理,并在综合分析不锈钢腐蚀的影响因素基础上,提出了不锈钢凝汽器在运行过程中应采取的防护措施。
Combined with the position distribution and the corrosion features on waterside of stainless steel tubes in the condenser of unit no. 1 and no. 2 in one power plant,the sediments on corrosion position and tubing composition near the corrosion holes on the inner wall have been analysed by using chemical analysis, electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis respectively, it is discovered from analysis that the tubing defects and microbial corrosion have synergetic effect in the process of pitting attack. The electrochemical reaction mechanism of corrosion concerning stainless steel tubes in condenser due to tubing defects and microbe has been explored and discussed,on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the affecting factors upon corrosion of the stainless steel tubes, the protective measures needing to be taken for stainless steel tubes in the operation process of condenser have been put forward.
