摘要
采用三因素五水平二次通用旋转试验设计,通过试验建立相应的数学模型,研究种植密度、氮肥、钾肥对转基因抗虫杂交棉鄂杂棉30产量的影响,得出3个栽培因素对鄂杂棉30子棉产量的作用大小为:密度>氮肥>钾肥,并优选出鄂杂棉30子棉产量达4 500.00 kg/hm2的综合农艺措施:种植密度为34 748~37 530株/hm2,纯氮用量为264.15~319.95 kg/hm2,氧化钾(K2O)用量为147.42~212.58 kg/hm2。
Corresponding mathematic models were established by applying three factors five levels general quadratic rotation experimental design.Effects of planting density,nitrogen and potassium application on insect-resistant hybrid cotton E-za-mian No.30 were studied,the results indicated that the influence of three factors on seed cotton yield of E-za-mian No.30 ranks as follows,density N K.The optimal cultivation measures for high yield(≥4 500.00 kg/hm2) of E-za-mian No.30 were 34 748~37 530 plants/hm2,pure N 264.15~319.95 kg/hm2,potassium(K2O) 147.42~212.58 kg/hm2.
