摘要
以某炼油厂循环废水为处理对象,分别考察和研究了聚硅酸铝锌(PSAZ)与阳离子淀粉絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铁(PFC)、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)等复配体系絮凝剂协同作用下对炼油废水的处理效果。结果表明,在几种复配体系中,聚硅酸铝锌与阳离子淀粉絮凝剂的复配体系具有最佳的絮凝效果,对废水中油的去除率可达到96%以上,对浊度的去除率达98%以上。
The circulating wastewater from a refinery plant has been studied. The synergistic effect of the composite system with different flocculants including polysilicate aluminum zinc (PSAZ),cationic-type starch flocculant, polyaluminium chloride (PAC), polymerization ferric chloride (PFC), cationic-type polyacrylamide (CPAM) and an- ionic-type polyacrylamide (APAM) on the treatment of refinery wastewater are investigated and studied respectively. The results show that among the composite systems, the system of PSAZ combined with cationic-type starch flocculant displays the best performance in treating refinery wastewater. Its removing rates of oil and turbidity are above 96% and 98%, respectively.
