摘要
通过对武汉市第16中学高二年级两个班级学生家长的抽样问卷调查,从体育锻炼与高中生家长焦虑心理状态的关系这一视角,分析体育锻炼对高中生家长焦虑心理的影响。调查表明,体育锻炼对焦虑心理有积极的影响作用。根据调查结果,从家长、家庭、学校、社会四方面提出建议。
Based on the investigation of parents from two classes whose children study in Wuhan No. 16 middle school, it analyzes the physical exercise influence to anxiety of senior middle school students＇ parents. The survey result shows that physical activity has positive effects to anxiety psychology. According to the conclusion, it also puts forward suggestions from four points such as parents, family, school and the society.
