摘要
介绍了燃气轮机用26NiCrMo14-6螺栓钢的热处理工艺试验过程。通过正交试验获得力学性能数据,结合金相分析,并调整淬火和回火的工艺参数,最终得出合适的调质工艺。车间生产结果表明,按该调质工艺获得的26NiCrMo14-6螺栓钢的各项性能指标合格,完全能够满足燃气轮机螺栓的使用要求。
The quenching and tempering parameters of 26NiCrMo14-6 steel were investigated. The mechanical properties were obtained through orthogonal test and additional test. With a combination of metallographic analysis and the proper heat treatment process, proper quenching and tempering were achieved, i.e. , 860 - 10 ℃ in water or oil, 600 ℃/610 ℃ tempering over 4 h to 5 h. The results of the production show that the new process can totally fulfill the requirements of the bolts in gas turbines.
