摘要
立足人力资源视角,结合人力资源管理理论,对高技能士官双证书人才培养制度的建立与实施提出了可供参考的理论依据和管理方法。使双证书人才培养制度能够最大限度地发挥自身人才培养的优势,为军队输送更多的高技能士官成为未来高科技战争中的中坚力量。
