实训基地建设的精否,直接关系到高素质士官培养的好坏,不断深化实训基地的内涵,不断创新思路,跟进时代发展的步伐,才能培育出真正合格的双高士官人才。
The quality of training base construction have direct influence on the result of highly - skilled non- commissioned officers training. The real effective way toward double - high - qualified non - commissioned officers is to deepen constantly the content of training base with idea innovations demanded by the development of the times.
