摘要
基于涡流法对碳纤维复合材料涂层厚度的测量进行研究,结合材料属性及组织特点,利用ANSYS软件对非磁性超低电导率基体材料上涂层厚度的涡流法测量作二维仿真,然后采用电导率混合分块赋值的方法来模拟材料电导率不均匀性并进行有限元分析和实验验证,仿真计算与实验结果吻合较好。分析结果表明通过选择合适的检测频率可以使探头线圈阻抗与涂层厚度有很好的线性相关性和检测分辨率。该方法很好地反映了材料属性的特点,提高了碳纤维复合材料涂层涡流测厚仿真的准确性,为碳纤维复合材料涂层厚度的涡流法高精度测量提供了可靠的理论依据和技术支持。
Based on eddy current testing, coating thickness measurement of carbon fiber composite is studied. According to material attributes and organization characteristics, two-dimensional simulation of eddy current test method for measuring the coating thickness of the substrate material with nonmagnetic ultra-low conductivity was carried out using ANSYS software. Then the non-uniformity of the conductivity was simulated with finite element analysis and experimental test was carried out. The results of simulation calculation and experiment have good consistency. Analysis results show that selecting appropriate detection frequency, the coil impedance and coating thickness will have good linear correlation and detection resolution. This method can reflect the characteristics of material attributes very well and enhance the simulation accuracy of thickness measurement of SiC coating, which provides a reliable theory basis and technical support for realizing high-accuracy measurement of carbon fiber composite coating thickness using eddy current testing method.
