介绍运用色谱技术对醇、醛、酯混合标样求校正因子的方法。用这种方法求出的校正因子提高了准确度,从而确保了样品分析数据的准确性,为开发新产品、勾兑、调味等提供科学的数据。
The method of seeking rectifying factors in the mixed sample of alcohol,aldehyde and ester with chromatography is introduced.With this method,the accuracy degree of the rectifying factors is increased,therefore,the accuracy of the sample analysed data is ensured and the scientific data are provided for developing new products,liquor blending and flavouring.
