摘要
本文建立了一种采用离子色谱法抑制型电导检测地表水中叠氮化物(N3-)的方法。选择的色谱条件为IonPac AS18离子交换柱,KOH梯度淋洗,抑制型电导检测,对河水中N3-进行测定。河水样品经过过滤、OnGuardⅡRP和OnGuard Na预处理小柱过滤,消除了基体干扰,直接进样分析。该方法线性相关系数r大于0.999,实际样品RSD小于2%,具有灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单,对环境友好等特点。
A method was developed for analysis of trinitride(N3-) in surface water by application of Ion-chromatography coupled with inhibitory conductance. The IonPac AS18 ion exchange column, KOH gradient elution and inhibitory conductivity determination were selected for chromatography conditions to determinate trinitride. The water samples were filtrated by the preproeessed columella of OnGuard II RP and OnGuard Na, which could eliminate matrix interference to direct sample analysis. Under optimal conditions, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 and the relative standard deviation of real samples was 2%. This method has the charac- teristic of high sensitivity, excellent selectivity, simple manipulation and less environmental contaminate.
