摘要
球团厂回转窑材质多为20G,焊接施工比较复杂,安装工期较长,往往需要跨年度施工。由于气候的原因,回转窑冬季焊接时,必须考虑施工技术及相应的焊接防护措施。为保证焊接质量,针对国产锅炉用钢板20G的焊接特点,以及回转窑的安装特点,应首先确定冬季焊接工艺,然后选择合理的焊材,在焊前进行相应的预热,并在焊后进行适当的保温等。
The material of rotary kiln in pelletizing plant is mostly 20G, the welding construction is complicated and installation time is long, and often cross-year construction is necessary. Due to climate reason, construction technology and corresponding welding protection measures must be taken into account when rotary kiln is welded in winter. In order to ensure the welding quality of rotary kiln, in view of welding characteristics of boiler plate 20G made in China and installation characteristics of rotary kiln, winter welding process must be first determined, and then reasonable welding materials should be selected,corresponding preheating before welding should be conducted and suitable heat preservation will be done after welding.
