摘要
根据数控机床用高速电主轴系统的可靠性分配指标具有多层次、多因素且定量与定性指标并存的特点,采用改进的模糊层次分析法,以150MD36Q11磨削电主轴为例,从影响可靠性分配的众多不确定因素出发,建立可靠性分配的层次分析结构,定量分析计算出组成电主轴系统的主轴、轴承、电机等各组件的权重,根据权重完成对电主轴系统可靠性的合理分配。所得结果与电主轴实际运行情况基本吻合,证明该方法具有较好的实用性,较传统层次分析法更科学、合理且更简单易行,能够为电主轴的设计提供一定的依据。
An improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method was applied to allocate the reliability of the high-speed motorized spindle of a CNC machine tool whose reliability indexes can be qualitative and quantitative and multi-hierarchic.By establishing the AHP structure of reliability allocation from many uncertain factors affecting the allocation of reliability, the weights of each unite of system were analyzed and calculated quantitatively, and the rational allocation of system was finished according to the weights.The results are basically consistent with the actual situations.It shows that the method has good practical and is able to provide a basis for the spindle design.
