摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT泌尿路造影技术在泌尿路结石中的临床应用价值。方法对40例泌尿路结石的患者行64排螺旋CT泌尿路造影(computed tomography urography,CTU)检查,应用容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重组(CPR)等多种后处理技术,并与手术病理结果对照分析。结果40例成人泌尿路结石患者中,其中单纯肾结石为20例,输尿管结石8例,肾结石合并输尿管结石12例。结论64排螺旋平扫薄层重建加CT泌尿路造影对于显示结石具有明显的优越性。CTU能显示肾脏、输尿管及膀胱与邻近组织的解剖关系,在制定开腹、内镜手术或体外碎石方案前明确显示结石的大小和位置,是泌尿系结石患者最全面的检查方法。
Objective Discusses 64 row of screw CT uropoiesis road radiography technology in the uropoiesis road stone clinical practice value. Method CTU inspects to 40 example uropoiesis road stone's patient line of 64 row of screw CT uropoiesis road radiography, the application volume reappears (VR), the greatest density to project (MIP), the surface to reorganize (CPR) and so on many kinds of post-processing technologies, and with surgery pathology result cheek analysis. Result In 40 example adult uropoiesis road stone patient, the pure kidney stone is 20 examples, ureterolithiasis 8 examples, kidney stone merge ureterolithiasis 12 examples. Conclusion 64 row of screws sweep the thin layer reconstruction to add the CT uropoiesis road radiography evenly to have the obvious superiority regarding the demonstration stone. CTU can demonstrate that the kidney, the ureter and the urinary bladder and the neighbor organization's dissection relations, before formulating the abdomen, in outside the mirror surgery variant form the crushed stone plan to be elear about the demonstration stone the size and the position, is the uropoiesis is the stone patient most eomprehensive inspeetion method.
