摘要
通过组织观察、拉伸试验和断口分析,研究了Mg-12Gd-2Y-(0,0.5,1.0,1.5)Sm-0.5Zr合金的显微组织和20~300℃下的力学性能。结果表明,随着Sm含量的增加,合金晶粒细化,屈服强度及高温抗拉强度显著提高。同时,随着温度的升高,合金的抗拉强度具有反常的温度效应。
Microstructure and mechanical properties at 20~300 ℃ of aged Mg-12Gd-2Y-(0,0.5,1.0,1.5)Sm-Zr alloys were investigated by means of SEM,EDS analysis,TEM,XRD and tensile tests.The results show that with the increase of Sm content,the grain is refined,and the yield strength and elevated temperature ultimate tensile strength increase significantly.At the same time,it is found that an anomalous changes of ultimate tensile strength occurrs with the increasing temperature.
