摘要
通过热模拟试验研究了控轧控冷工艺对AH32船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明,低温控制压缩变形可以细化AH32钢铁素体晶粒,而变形后快速冷却可以细化珠光体片层。采用低温控轧+快速冷却相结合的生产工艺可以提高AH32船板钢的强韧性。
Influence of control rolling and cooling on microstructure and mechanical properties of AH32 ship-plate steel were studied through thermal simulation test.The results show that the low temperature rolling can refine ferrite grain and accelerate cooling after rolling can reduce pearlite lamellae.The hardness and toughness of AH32 steel can be improved through the low temperature rolling and rapid cooling.
