有机相脂肪酶催化合成棕榈酸植物甾醇酯 被引量:6

Lipase-catalyzed synthesis of phytosterol palmitate esters in organic media

摘要 在有机溶剂体系中分别采用PPL、RMIM和Novo435脂肪酶,催化植物甾醇与棕榈酸合成脂溶性良好的植物甾醇酯。通过单因素实验优化酶法酯化的工艺条件,确定了最优的反应条件:在15 mL正己烷溶剂(分子筛脱水)体系下,反应温度55℃,Novo435脂肪酶添加量15%,植物甾醇0.27 g,底物摩尔比(棕榈酸与甾醇摩尔比)4∶1,反应时间72 h,该条件下酯化率可达36.9%。 In organic phase system, PPL, RMIM and Novo435 was used as catalyst to synthesize good fat - soluble phytosterol ester from phytosterol and palmitic acid, and the technological conditions of enzy- matic esterification were determined through single factor experiments. The highest esterification degree (36.9%) was obtained under the following conditions:phytosterol 0. 27 g, n -hexane (molecular sieves dehydration) 15 mL, molar ratio of palmitic acid to phytosterol 4 : 1, Novo435 dosage 15%, reaction temperature 55℃, reaction time 72 h.
