摘要 老年教育作为终身教育的最后阶段,能够丰富老年人的精神文化生活,是应对人口老龄化的重要事业。我国老年教育经历了创立阶段、发展阶段和创新阶段。结合我国老年教育专业发展的实际,发展我国老年教育事业应该从以下几个方面入手:提高认识,加强各级老年教育工作的组织领导;加强立法,完善老年教育相关的政策法律体系;以人为本,切实开展老年教育工作;整合资源,提高老年教育的办学质量和社会效益。 The old education, as the last stage of life-long education, can enrich the old people's spiritual and cultural life, thus an important cause corresponding to the aging of the population. The old education in China has undergone the stages of creation, development and innovation. Combined with the reality of developing the old education cause in our country, we should develop the old education from the following aspects: raising the awareness to enhance the organization and leadership of workers devoted to the education of the aged at different levels, strengthening the legislation to improve the system of policies and laws related to the old education, being people foremost to earnestly carry out the old education work, and integrating resources to improve the quality of school-running and the social efficiency of the old education.
