摘要
客运专线条件下,考虑旅客总出行量会随铁路客运站选址方案变化而改变的现实情况,铁路客流多样性特点,以及旅客客运站选择行为会受铁路客运站服务质量影响等因素,构建了基于旅客选择行为的铁路客运站选址优化模型。该模型是一个双层规划模型,其中上层规划以社会效益最大化为优化目标;下层规划描述了多用户条件下的弹性需求用户均衡问题。采用遗传算法对上述模型进行了求解。算例验证了模型和算法的有效性与可行性。
The passenger volumes are variable with the different layouts of station and the passenger flows are multifarious in the condition of high-speed passenger railway.Furthermore,passenger choice behavior is involved in the quality of service of passenger station.A bilevel programming model is proposed where the upper level program aims to maximize social benefits while the lower level presents a multi-class network equilibrium model with elastic demand.The Genetic Algorithm is developed to solve the above-stated model.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model and its algorithm are illustrated with a numerical example.
