摘要
本文着重研究长三角高端人才集聚的理论支撑、问题所在和机制创新,并且提出了四大理论支柱,指出了亟需解决的三个关键问题,即理念革新、制度变革和结构调整。最后,针对上述问题提出五项机制创新,力求突破瓶颈性壁垒,切实推进长三角地区高端人才集聚机制的构建。
This paper focuses on the Yangtze River Delta high-end talent agglomeration theory,problem and mechanism innovation,puts forward four theoretical pillars,points out the urgent need to solve three key problems,such as namely the idea innovation,system innovation and structural adjustment.Finally,this paper puts forward five mechanisms of innovation,and strives to break through the bottleneck of the barrier in order to promote high-end talent assemble mechanism construction.
