摘要 介绍了同向平行双螺杆挤出机齿轮箱传动系统的一种新型设计,输出轴传动采用功率分流式设计,使输出轴传递的扭矩提高一倍,整机的承载能力提高50%,保险系数提高30%。本设计具有结构简单、装配方便,能满足目前同向平行双螺杆挤出机对齿轮箱高扭矩、高转速的要求。 A new design of the gear box drive system of parallel twin-screw extruder was introduced.The output shaft was adopted with power split transmission to make the torque of output shaft transmission become double,make the carrying capacity of the machine increase by 50% and insurance factor increase by 30%.The design is simple in structure and easy to assemble.It can meet the requirements of parallel twin-screw extruder for high-speed and high-torque gear.
