摘要
"千年苗医,万年苗药",源远流长的苗医药及其文化,对现代苗医药的发展有着深刻的影响。救死扶伤、以人为本的行医用药理念,效果明显甚至有特效的医药方,广种药材的习俗等对苗医药的发展有着推动作用和积影响。而医药方秘不外传、医药师之间相互保密、闭关自守的传统做法以及至今仍存在的"巫医合一"现象等,则对苗医药的发展有着阻碍作用和负面影响。
Miao medicine is famous for its long history and rich cultural connotations as well as its effectiveness.Nevertheless,the practice of keeping prescriptions secret,the lack of communications between pharmacists in terms of prescription,the isolation from external influence,and the on-going combination between shamans and medicine exert negative impacts on the development of Miao medicine.
