摘要 京沪高铁跨锡澄运河系杆拱桥采用先拱后梁、系梁悬臂现浇方法施工。针对该工程施工,详细介绍了结构变形及结构应变的控制内容,分析了施工控制方法,得出了施工监控结果,包括标高监控结果,应力监测结果,吊杆力、系杆力的监测结果,以及沉降观测结果。重点阐述了在各个施工阶段拱肋及系梁控制截面的施工监控要点,拱脚位移监测、吊杆力监测及基础沉降监测方法,确保施工精度,从而使工程施工质量满足设计和施工规范要求。 The construction methods of arch first and beam late and cast-in-situ cantilever of tie beam is used in tied arch bridge crossing Xicheng canal engineering for Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway.Based on the engineering,the authors introduce deformation control and strain control of structure,analyze construction control method.Monitored results is obtained,including elevation,stress,suspender force and tie bar force,settlement.The authors emphatically introduce the following contents: the key construction monitoring points of arc rib and tie beam controlling sections at every construction stage,the monitoring method of arch foot displacement,the monitoring method of suspender force,and the monitoring method of foundation settlement.The construction monitoring techniques ensure construction precision and meet the requirements of design and construction codes.
