血清胆红素和尿酸联合评价冠状动脉病变的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究以血清胆红素与尿酸联合评价冠状动脉病变的价值。方法:经冠脉造影证实的冠心病患者258例(冠心病组),选择同期经过冠脉造影排除冠心病的88例为对照组。冠心病组又分为单支病变组(86例)、双支病变组(89例)和多支病变组(83例)三个亚组,检测各组血尿酸、胆红素及血脂水平,并进行比较分析。结果:与对照组比较,冠心病组总胆红素[(21.43±5.67)μmol/L比(15.51±7.61)μmol/L]、间接胆红素[(19.20±5.37)μmol/L比(12.94±5.63)μmol/L]水平明显降低(P<0.05),血清尿酸[(301.55±78.36)μmol/L比(359.73±97.67)μmol/L]、总胆固醇[(4.01±0.74)mmol/L比(5.07±1.87)mmol/L]、甘油三酯[(1.86±1.07)mmol/L比(2.03±2.41)mmol/L]及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇[(2.42±0.56)mmol/L比(3.14±1.21)mmol/L]水平明显升高(P<0.05~<0.01),且冠心病各亚组上述指标水平与对照组均有类似显著差异(P<0.05~<0.01)。结论:血清尿酸水平的升高和/或胆红素水平的降低与冠心病发生、发展相关。 Objective: To investigate the value evaluting coronary artery lesion by serum bilirubin and uric acid (UA). Methods: According to results of coronary angiography, a total of 258 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) were enrolled as CHD group, and another 88 non-CHD subjects were regard as control group. CHD group was further divided into single-vessel coronary disease group (n = 86), double -vessel coronary disease group (n = 89) and multi--vessel coronary disease group (n=83). Levels of serum UA, bilirubin and blood lipids were measured, compared among analyzed among all groups. Results: Compared with control group, there were significant decrease in levels of total bilirubin [ (21.43+5.67) μmol/L vs. (15.51+7.61)μmol/L] and indirect bilirubin F (19.20+5.37) μmol/L vs. (12.94+5.63) μmol/L, P〈0.05 both], and significant increase in serum UA E(301.55+78.36)μmol/ L vs. (359.73+97.67) μmol/L], total cholesterol [ (4.01+0.74) mmol/L vs. (5.07+1.87) mmol/L], triglycer- ide E (1.86+ 1.07) mmol/L vs. (2.03+2.41) mmol/L] and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol F (2.42+0.56) mmol/L vs. (3.14+1.21) mmol/L] in CHD group, P〈0.05〈0.01. There were similar significant difference in above indicators between each creased level of serum bilirubin subgroup of CHD group and control group (P〈0.05-〈0.01). Conclusion: Deand/or increased level of serum uric acid are related to occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
