摘要
目的:分析儿童房间隔缺损(ASD)外科修补术后用药的效果。方法:26例ASD患儿行外科修补治疗,据出院后(手术8d后)用药特点,分为停药组(出院即停药)和服药组(继续服药1个月),观察两组术前、术后4d及3个月临床及超声复查结果,比较其差异。结果:两组患者术后均无左心功能不全等并发症发生,术后4d即有右心室缩小(P<0.05),术后3个月左室大小较术前明显增大(P均<0.05)。两组术后3个月各项指标均无显著差异(P均>0.05)。结论:儿童房间隔缺损修补术后左心室功能恢复快,远期疗效与出院后是否继续用药无关。
Objective： To analyze effect of medicine after surgical kposthesis in children with atrial septal defect （ASD）. Methods.. According to characteristics of medicinal treatment after discharge （Sd after operation）, a total of 26 ASD pediatric patients undergoing surgical kposthesis were divided into withdrawal group （drug withdrawal after discharge） and taking drug group （received drug treatment for one month）. Clinical and echocardiographic check results were observed and compared between the two groups before, 4d and three months after operation. Results： There were no complications （left ventricular dysfunction etc. ） occurred in the two groups after operation, volume of right ventricle significantly decreased on 4d after operation and size of left ventricle significantly increased on three months after operation compared with before operation （ P〈0.05 all）. There were no significant differences in all indicators change on three months after operation between the two groups （P〉0. 05 all）. Conclusion： Left ventricular function recovers rapidly after operation in children with atrial septal defect, and there is no relation be- tween long--term effects and taking medicine after discharge.
