摘要
卤代芳烃是一类重要的化合物,合成此类化合物的方法一直是化学家们研究的热点。C-H键直接转化为碳卤键为芳基卤代物的合成提供了一种便捷的方法。最近,钯和铜促进的C-H键活化转化为C-X(X=F,Cl,Br,I)键得到很大发展,在很大程度上解决了低的区域选择性,低毒性的问题。
Aryl halides were not only important structural motifs in natural products and synthetic drugs,but also remarkably useful precursors that were widely employed in organic synthesis.Recently,palladium or copper-catalyzed halogenations of aromatic sp2 C-H bond were achieved with the assistance of directing groups.The recent great developments of the synthesis of aryl halides through C-H bonds activation mediated by palladium and copper were got,which solved the problems of small regioselectivity and low toxicity.
