摘要
利用气相色谱分析的方法,考察了三苯基氯硅烷在不同pH值、不同温度下的水解情况。结果表明,三苯基氯硅烷的水解可按一级反应来描述,在pH=0.5~5的范围内,随着pH值的降低,水解速率显著增加;在283~313 K的范围内,温度对水解速率影响显著,温度升高,水解速率明显加快,pH=1时水解活化能为47.605 kJ.mol-1。
Hydrolysis macro-kinetics of triphenylchlorosilane was studied by gas chromatogram at various pH values and temperatures.The results showed that the kinetic process of triphenylchlorosilane can be described by the first order reaction,the hydrolysis rated rised obviously with the reducing pH value in the range of 0.5~5.In addition,the higher temperature was propitious to the hydrolytic process between 283 K and 313 K,the hydrolysis rate increased with the rise of temperature,the activation energy of triphenylchlorosilane hydrolysis was 47.605 kJ·mol-1when pH=1.
