脊髓空洞症发病机制的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 脊髓空洞症(syringomyelia,SM)是一种进行缓慢的脊髓退行性病变,过去300年的时间里提出各种学说来解释其发病机制。目前认为空洞的形成主要是脑脊液流动发生紊乱所致,并催生多种学说。本文就SM发病机制研究进展报告如下。
