肝细胞凋亡研究新进展

摘要 肝细胞凋亡是多种肝脏疾病的共同病理表现，肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体（tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis induced ligand，TRAIL）是近年来发现的肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）家族新成员，能快速诱导不同种类的转化细胞、肿瘤细胞和病毒感染细胞凋亡，并且在多种肝脏疾病中参与诱导肝细胞凋亡。作者就TRAIL／死亡受体途径与肝脏损伤的相关性进行综述。
