摘要
古巴地层复杂,井型为定向水平井,斜深在4 000~6 000 m之间,水平位移为3 500~5 500 m,其中Guanabo地区是到目前为止该国钻井施工最困难的地区,该地区的井在钻井过程中起钻遇阻严重,下钻划眼困难,垮、塌、缩、漏、卡频繁,由此而造成的划出新眼、侧钻、卡钻等井下情况频繁发生。因此,GBO-103大位移井选用了具有强抑制性的POLYMER-KCL-POLYCOL钻井液体系,并在施工中保持FA-367的浓度在0.6%以上,KCl在10%左右,Polycol为1%~3%,以强化钻井液抑制性,同时使用了其他配套维护处理措施。应用结果表明,与本地区其他井相比,该井虽最深,但钻井周期最短、事故最少,成本最低;全井没有划出一个新眼;钻井液润滑性良好,从没有因托压问题而影响钻井施工;全井各开次完钻及完井电测均一次顺利到底。
In Cuba,the extended reach well is applied to deal with complex formations,which the measured depth is 4 000-6 000 m,the hole deviation angle is over 80°,and the horizontal displacement is 3 500-5 500 m.Many downhole problems are encountered in Guanabo area,which are tight pulling while POOH,reaming difficult while RIH,caving,tight hole,lost circulation and pipe stuck.In well GBO-103,located in Guanabo area,a high inhibitive performance drilling fluid system of POLYMER-KCl-POLYCOL is applied,with contents of FA-367 over 0.6%,KCl 10%,and Polycol 1%-3%.The application shows that,compared with the other wells in the same area,the well depth is deepest,the drilling period is the shortest,the accident quantity is the least,and the cost is the lowest,besides,the lubrication is good and each logging is smooth.
