顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定工业废水中5种挥发性有机化合物残留

摘要 建立顶空气相色谱-质谱检测(HS-GC/MS)工业废水中三氯甲烷、四氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、三溴甲烷5种挥发性有机化合物残留量的方法,选择离子扫描模式(SIM)检测,方法的检出限为1.2μg/L,在10~200μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.9992,在加标回收实验中,三氯甲烷、四氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、三溴甲烷的加标回收率分别为99.6%,99.3%,101.1%,98.6%,100.1%,该方法灵敏度高,分离效果良好,能有效地消除复杂基质带来的干扰,可以作为工业废水中三氯甲烷、四氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氟乙烯、三溴甲烷残留量的检测和确证方法。 We developed the method for the determination of trichloromethane,tetrachloromethane,trichlorocthylene,tetrachlorocthylene and tribromomethane in industrial waste water using the head space-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).the SIM mode is used to monitor the object,good relativeity(r〉0.9992) was obtained when the linear range was between 10-200μg/L.The recoveries of the object compounds were respectively 99.6%-99.3%,101.1%-98.6%,100.1%,the determination limit is less than 1.2μg/L.The advantage of this method is simple,rapid and sensitive,obstruction from the comples substrate can be effectively removed,so this method can be applied to determine the content of trichloromethane tetrachloromethane trichloroethylene/tetrachloroethylene/tribromomethane in industrial waste water.
