摘要
随着全球气候的急剧变化,局部微气候活动日益频繁,极端气候的反复出现使得一些地区出现严重的覆冰雪现象。重庆市作为最大的直辖市,电网运行的安全性具有重要的意义,而重庆市山脉众多,冬季山脉中温度较低,境内河流密布,空气中水汽含量充足,山脉中常出现导线覆冰现象,容易对导线造成各种事故。2008年冰雪灾害的发生,严重影响了重庆市电网的安全稳定运行。为研究重庆市电网覆冰特征,并根据特征实施确实有效的防冰措施,分析了重庆各气象站历史气象数据及实地覆冰调查数据。得出如下结论:重庆电网覆冰主要受气候、地形和海拔高度等因素的影响,主要分布在渝东北及渝东南的山脉地区;覆冰类型以雨凇及混合淞为主,地形、地貌条件和海拔高度对覆冰类型的影响较为严重;输电线路覆冰形状受导线所在地点风速影响呈新月形。
There are many mountains in Chongqing and the temperature is low in winter.The rivers and the water vapor in air are abundant on the territory of Chongqing.The snow disaster in 2008 seriously affected the security and stability of the grid.Therefore,to study the ice characteristics of wire in Chongqing city,effective measures were taken to prevent ice according to the characteristics.The historical meteorological data from weather stations and field survey data show that the ice is affected by climate,topography,altitude and many other factors,the icing phenomenon is mainly in mountains of Northeast and Southeast of Chongqing regions.The main type of ice is glaze and hard rime.Topography conditions and altitude have more serious impact on the ice,and the shape of ice is crescent.
