摘要 针对目前国际上最大的双相不锈钢叶轮的研制难点,对叶轮铸件生产的关键技术进行了分析。详细介绍了叶轮的生产工艺,包括浇注系统、浇注位置、冒口、冷铁的设计、熔炼工艺、热处理工艺、焊接工艺。经检验,铸件的化学成分及力学性能完全满足要求,成功地研制了重约10 t的百万千瓦级核电站海水循环泵双相不锈钢叶轮,加快了核电装备国产化进程。 To solve the problems in manufacturing of the largest duplex stainless steel impeller in the world, key technical measures were analyzed. Casting process includes gating system, riser, densener, smelt process, heat treatment process and welding procedure was presented. Test results indicate that the chemical composition and mechanical properties are qualified; and a 10 t duplex stainless steel impeller for sea water circulating pump in 1000 MW nuclear power station was successfully manufactured.
