摘要
目的探讨苏州泌尿生殖道支原体的感染情况及其对抗生素的药敏试验结果,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法采用法国bioMerieux.sa生产的支原体培养、鉴定、计数及药敏试剂盒进行检测。结果 692例患者中,支原体阳性287例,阳性率41.47%。结论解脲脲原体(Uu),人型支原体(MH)和Uu+MH混合感染的阳性率分别为34.39%,2.31%和4.77%。
Objective To investigate the Suzhou uropoiesis genital tract mycoplasma infection and their antibiotic susceptibility test results,provide a reference basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods using the French bioMerieux.sa production of mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility.Identification.Count kit for detection.Results among 692 cases,287 cases of Mycoplasma positive,the positive rate of 41.47%.Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum,Mycoplasma hominis（Uu）（MH） and mixed infection of Uu＋MH positive rates were 34.39%,2.31% and 4.77%
