摘要
工程项目进度管理是工程管理中最重要的内容之一,直接决定了一个项目能否如期完成。实际工程中进度经常延期,对此,本文从项目利益相关体各方出发对导致项目进度延拖延的因素进行分析与评价,并对此提出相应对策以期改善项目进度管理,提高项目整体效益。
