摘要 以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)肝细胞为研究对象,以过氧化氢刺激肝细胞,建立抗氧化活性药物体外筛选模型。结果显示:过氧化氢的最佳使用浓度为10 mmol/L,对草鱼肝细胞的作用时间为2 h。使用建立的模型测定了维生素C和两种药物在不同浓度下的抗氧化作用,结果表明维生素C和两种药物均具有一定的抗氧化能力。 The screening model for antioxidant samples were established by using hydrogen peroxide to induce oxidative damage in grass carp liver cells in vitro. Results showed that the optimal concentration of H2O2 was 10 mmol/L and the reaction time with liver cells was two hours. The antioxidant effect of vitamin C and another two drugs at different concentrations were tested by the model. All of the 3 drugs were proved to possess some antioxidant ability.
