摘要
以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备吡虫啉的微胶囊悬浮剂(CS)。探讨了壁材、引发剂用量对微胶囊悬浮剂粒径、包囊率的影响,并对微胶囊悬浮剂的理化性质和棉蚜的田间防治效果进行了测定。结果表明:当壁材甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量为6.4%,引发剂过氧化苯甲酰、亚硫酸氢钠用量分别为0.25%、0.1%时,可制得平均粒径在1~3μm,包囊率在90%以上分布均匀、性能稳定的微胶囊悬浮剂。10%吡虫啉CS有效成分30g/hm2,对棉蚜12d的防效为92.36%,而10%吡虫啉WP相同剂量为74.26%;24d时,二者的防效分别为80.53%,41.87%。由以上方法所制得的微胶囊可明显延长棉蚜的防治效果。
Microcapsules containing Imidacloprid were synthesized via the interfacial polymerization method using PMMA as wall materials.The particle size,encapsulation rate and release rate of the microcapsule were analyzed with varying form and amount of PMMA and amount of initiators.The physical properties of the MC and the efficiency on the cotton aphid were also studied.The optimal conditions were as follows:the dosage of MMA,BPO and NaHSO3 were 6.4%,0.25%,and 0.1%.The microcapsules showed desirable surface morphology and particle size distribution,with the mean particle diameter of 1-3 μm.The product displayed good stability and its encapsulation rate was 90%.The field trials showed when the treated dose was 30 g(a.i.).hm-2,the efficiency of the 10% Imidacloprid MC on the cotton aphid was still 92.36% 12 days after treatment;meanwhile,10% Imidacloprid WP was 74.26%.The efficiency of the two Pharmacies on the cotton aphid was 80.53% and 41.87% 24days after treatment.The microcapsules obtained by the above method could prolong the control effecacy on aphid.
