摘要
2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺经重氮化、氯代及还原得到3,4,5-三氯苯胺,再以N,N′-二(乙氧羰基)丙二酰胺为环合剂,经重氮化、偶联、闭环、水解及脱羧反应制得具有抗球虫活性的2-(3,4,5-三氯苯基)-1,2,4-三嗪-3,5(2H,4H)-二酮,总收率约39%(以2,6-二氯-4-硝基苯胺计)。
2-(3,4,5-Trichlorophenyl)-1,2,4-triazine-3,5 (2H,4H)-dione was synthesized from 2,6-dichloro- 4-nitroaniline by diazotization, chlorination and reduction to give 3,4,5-trichloroaniline, which was subjected to diazotization and coupling with N,N '-bis (ethoxycarbonyl) malonamide, cyclization, hydrolysis and then decarboxylation with an overall yield of about 39 % (based on 2,6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline).
