摘要
卡那霉素(kanamycin,1)是临床上使用的重要抗生素,对大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)、克雷白杆菌(尉Pbsiella)、肠杆菌属(Cedecea)、变形杆菌(Bacillustermo)、结核杆菌(Bacillustuberculosis)和金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcusaureus)等均有良好活性。1也是半合成抗生素丁胺卡那霉素的主要原料。
Spores from degenerated strain Streptomyces kanamyceticus K19 with "pinpoint", which appeared like the eye of a needle on colony when cultured on slant were treated with physical mutagen and mutated colonies were selected from the plates containing sisomycin, a structural analogue of self metabolite. A stable strain S53 without pinpoint was screened and was cultivated in shake flask. The titer of kanamycin was enhanced from 5 589 μg/ml to 8 541 μg/ml in a 50 L fermenter. The average titer of S53 was 8 412 μg/ml in 5× 10^4L fermenter for 20 batches of fermentation culture, which was increased by 40 % than that of strain K19.
