摘要
民生问题不仅是经济问题,还是关系到党能否长期执政的政治问题,是巩固党执政之基的有力保证。当前一些党员干部为民意识淡薄,执政素质偏低,执政效能低下,这与民生建设不相适应。我党应该大力发展民生经济,加强党风廉政建设,以拓展执政资源,巩固执政基础,提高服务能力。
People＇s livelihood is not only an economic issue, but a political one vital to the reigning party＇s security. Good livelihood of the people is the foundation and guarantee for the reigning party＇s governance. However, some Party officials have little concern for people＇s welfare, and low ruling quality and efficiency. They are not qualified to lead people in enhancing their livelihood. It is recommended that the Party strive to develop economy that improves the people＇s livelihood, build up a honest and fair governing body, and improve governance and service competence so as to fully exploit its governing resources and consolidate its reigning foundation.
