摘要
城市交通需求与交通网络之间的双向均衡,能够充分体现城市土地利用与交通系统一体化规划的思想。本文从城市土地利用入手,在土地利用与城市空间交通需求的关系模型上,运用均衡原理构建了基于土地利用的城市道路畅通均衡控制模型。该模型能够同时实现交通需求与交通网络的供需均衡以及交通网络自身的用户均衡,对于城市土地利用与交通系统的一体化研究以及城市交通系统管理控制具有借鉴作用。
Urban transport demand and transport network between the two-way balanced, fully reflects the city's land use planning with transport system integration ideas. In this paper, urban land use to start, the use of principle to establish a balanced land use and spatial relationship between the two traffic demand model, and on this basis was proposed based on the urban land-use roads open balance control model. The model can be implemented in transport demand and supply and demand balance and the transport network user equilibrium traffic network itself, for urban land use and transportation system planning and integration of urban plan- ning and transportation planning with an important role in learning.
