摘要
[目的]研究不同粒径河砂和营养液浓度对烟草育苗的影响。[方法]以红花大金元(HD)为材料,分别设置不同粒径和不同营养液浓度组合的处理进行烟草砂培育苗研究。[结果]1 mm粒径,营养液浓度漂浮前0.25%、漂浮后0.35%;混合粒径,营养液浓度漂浮前0.15%、漂浮后0.25%;混合粒径,营养液浓度漂浮前0.25%、漂浮后0.35%3个处理的烟苗农艺性状较好,抗逆性较强,达到了移栽要求的壮苗标准,其中综合素质最好的为营养液浓度漂浮前0.25%、漂浮后0.35%、混合粒径处理。[结论]混合粒径的河砂,漂浮前0.25%、漂浮后0.35%的营养液浓度适用于河砂基质育苗,能够减少劳工费,更大程度上节约育苗成本,适合在盛产河砂的地方大规模推广应用。
[Objective] The size of river sand and the concentration of nutrient solution in sand medium affecting tobacco seedling was studied.[Method] The tobacco variety—Honghua Dajinyuan(HD) cultured in the sand medium with the different sizes of sand particle and the different concentrations of nutrient solution was experimented and researched.[Results] The seedling was with a good agronomic traits and strong resistance,which reached the standard required for its transplanting under three treatments: the diameter of sand = 1mm and the concentration of the nutrient solution = 0.25% before sands' floating and = 0.35%,after sands' floating(Treatment I);the mixed sand particle and the concentration of nutrient solution = 15% before sands' floating and = 0.25% after sands' floating(Treatment II);and the mixed sand particle size and the concentration of nutrient solution = 0.25% before sands' floating and = 0.35% after sands' floating(Treatment III),among which,the best overall quality of tobacco seedling was from the Treatment III.[Conclusion] The application of the Treatment III was suitable for the tobacco seedling culturing,with less labor cost and cost-saving in the nursery,which could be extended at large-scale in the place with the rich river sand.
