摘要 对于仿形磨边机,仿形靠模的轮廓曲线设计是一个关键而又较难的问题,因此,提出了一种在AutoCAD中自动生成靠模廓线的方法.首先介绍了仿形磨边靠模的机构及运动原理,然后定性地分析了靠模机构中各部件之间的运动关系,根据运动关系建立了数学模型,最后,基于AutoCAD利用LISP语言编写了求解靠模廓线的程序. To solve the key and difficult prob- lem for accurately designing of profiling mould outline in profiling machine field, an automatic design method in AutoCAD software was presented. The structure and motion theory of profiling machine were first introduced. Then the kinematic relations among components of profiling machine were qualitatively studied and the mathematical models were built. Finally, based on AutoCAD,the procedure of profiling mould outline designing was compiled with LISP language.
