摘要
探讨规划学科成为一级学科的背景、现状和发展趋势,阐述其存在的缺陷并论证其特征。通过继承乌托邦思想的学科遗产,发展能够应对动态目标的技术方法,优化定性推理的手段,积极克服学科的缙绅化倾向,以形成规划学科特征的专属性。提出规划学科可以包含任何确定目标和实现目标的过程和方法集成。
This paper discusses the backgrounds, the present conditions and future trends of planning as a first level discipline. It reveals some defects and very nature of planning discipline. To form the specificity of planning as a discipline, some efforts can be made by inheriting Utopian ideas and developing technique methods for dynamic objectives. It is also necessary to improve the ways of qualitative analysis and to overcome the consciousness of gentrification in planning. The author believes that planning discipline can cover all the processes and methodologies concerning determination and realization of any objectives.
